More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various sections of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
